Accounts Payable Specialist Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations efficiently
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
• Manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities seamlessly
• Maintain accuracy and organization in a deadline-driven environment

Accounts Payable Specialist Requirements:

• AP experience required – must be confident handling full-cycle AP
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies
• Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly
• Proficiency in accounting software and Excel preferred
