Your Mission: Produce top-quality screens that reflect our commitment to excellence. Essential functions include:

• Tool Utilization: Operate both manual and automated equipment to assemble screen frames accurately.
• Workflow Maintenance: Ensure smooth movement of materials through each stage of production.
• Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect and verify the integrity of finished screens.

Driving Performance:

• Monitor for production discrepancies and notify supervisors promptly.
• React to minor issues and escalate major concerns appropriately.

Upholding Safety:

• Maintain tools and workspace for efficiency and safety.
• Participate in training to foster a secure work environment.
• Implement 5S steps for a well-organized station.

Your Attributes:

• Educational Level: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in a manufacturing role is desirable; experience with screens, doors, or windows is a plus!
• Process Improvement: Exposure to lean manufacturing is beneficial.

• Attention to Detail: Capable of following precise instructions and achieving meticulous work results.
• Collaborative Nature: Communicative and receptive to multi-disciplinary training.
• Adaptability & Resilience: Comfort in fast-changing production settings.
• Dedication to Safety: Knowledgeable about PPE regulations and product excellence.

Physical Aspects of the Role:

• Movement & Activity: Stand and move frequently, same for reaching and handling machinery and items.
• Load Management: Regularly lift up to 50 pounds, employing fine motor skills for assembly.
• Communication & Perception: Clear exchange of information and comprehension of written safety protocols.
