• Assignment Locations (employee will work 2-3 locations):
• North Shallowford (4404 N Shallowford Rd Atlanta, GA. 30338)
• North Fulton (11675 Wills Road Alpharetta, GA. 30009)
• Lawrenceville Op HQ Storerooms (1453 Highway 120, Lawrenceville, GA. 30043)
• Employees will be using cutting tools, blowers, using forklift for loading and unloading material, lifting, standing, and walking for long periods of time. 
• Employee is required to take GPC forklift classes (1.5 hrs) and pass test (70% or greater), before employee can operate a GPC forklift. 
• Employee will be working at 2 to 3 locations.: * North Shallowford (4404 N Shallowford Rd Atlanta, Ga. 30338) * North Fulton storerooms (11675 Wills Road Alpharetta, Ga. 30009) * Gwinnett Storeroom (1453 Highway 120, Lawrenceville, Ga. 30043) 
• Work will mostly be cleaning up the warehouse and material yard, dumping trash dumpsters, loading and unloading material with forklifts, and preparing material for transporting back to the GPC Material Distribution Center in Forest Park Ga. 
• An Assistant Storekeeper with 0-5 years of experience is typically in an entry-level or junior position, assisting with various materials support activities. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to lift 75 pounds.
• Assist in order processing, inventory management, and materials logistics.
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and tracking orders.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and customer interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and supply chain.
• Learn and use relevant software and systems for tracking and reporting.
• Help in the preparation of shipping and delivery documents.
• Assist in quality control and compliance checks. 

Certifications:

• Certified Forklift Operations This employee will be required to cover 2 to 3 storeroom locations and will need to provide their own transportation. 
• Employees will also be asked to help/assist with storm restoration at storeroom locations in Metro North Region (North Fulton, North Shallowford, and Lawrenceville Op. Headquarters)
