Responsibilities:
As a Client Partner, you will take on a leadership role with key responsibilities for delivery, account management, building strong client relationships, and driving account growth.

Lead the delivery of impactful analytics solutions that meet strategic, operational, and tactical business goals, presenting these solutions to executives.
Guide the scaling of pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives into long-term, transformative programs that continuously deliver business value.
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify key questions, challenges, and needs, and help craft an analytics roadmap with prioritized use cases.
Partner with sales leaders to develop compelling points of view and proposals that will help win new clients and foster growth in existing accounts.
Leverage cutting-edge data science applications to solve complex business problems in the Consumer Product Goods (CPG) and Retail sectors.
Lead a team of data and analytics professionals, working directly with client stakeholders to define business problems and establish solution requirements.
Requirements:
14-20 years of experience in delivering advanced analytics-based consulting services and designing/implementing large programs.
Proven experience managing large accounts and driving account growth; P&L ownership is a plus.
Ability to engage with CXO, VP, and Director-level stakeholders to define business challenges and craft tailored solutions.
Expertise in domains such as CPG, Retail, and FMCG is essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and solutions.
Strong leadership skills, including the ability to work with global teams and manage remote collaboration, while owning client presentations, project management, and expectation setting.
Willingness to travel (up to 50%) across the United States.
A Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
