The Animal Hospital of Soquel in Santa Cruz is seeking a passionate Associate DVM to join our dedicated team! This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced veterinarians and recent graduates to thrive under the expert mentorship of our multi-doctor team in a beautiful location.

COMPETENCIES & EXPERIENCE:

  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university 
  • Strong knowledge of animal anatomy, diseases, treatments, and procedures 
  • Familiarity with veterinary diagnostic equipment and technology 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and their pets 
  • Commitment to providing compassionate animal care 
  • Physical ability to properly restrain and handle animals 
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills 
  • Patience, attention to detail, and organizational skills 
  • Valid veterinary license in the state of CA
