What We're Looking For: An accomplished Automobile Title / Agent Services Clerk to work in growing dealership to help current full-time Title Clerk What We Offer:

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Processes all new and used vehicles for title and registration manually & electronically in the state that they will be titled.
• Submits all legal transfer work to the DMV.
• Checks for accuracy in the application and ensures that all information is complete.
• Verifies all funds have been collected and refunds any over payments.
• Maintains all dealer titles and ensures that all titles owed to dealer are received in and out of state.
• Verify payoffs have been made.
• Maintains and submits MV-27A & MV-27B forms.
• Signs over titles for all wholesales and Dealer Trades.
• Maintains and files all agent copies of titles processed, temp. Registration, permits and plates.
• Compiles and maintains a list of outstanding title work.
• Reports to OM of status of anything missing or problems.
• Processes yearly renewal of all dealer tags in conjunction with OM/applies for new or lost tags.
• Stays abreast of current title regulations/keeps Sales and F&I managers informed.
• Maintains current PennDot agent and notary certification.
• Maintains professional appearance and a neat work area.
• Strives for harmony and teamwork within the department and all other departments.
• Maintains awareness of safety and follows workplace safety requirements.

Job Qualifications: * Must have at least 2 years title clerk experience. Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
• Dealership title experience a plus.
