Overview

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Design Associate to join our remote team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Senior Designers and Project Teams to implement web content and design elements using WordPress and other digital tools. 

This role is ideal for someone early in their design career who is eager to learn and enjoys bringing established designs to life with accuracy and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Implement client-supplied content within WordPress using established design systems and pre-built components.
• Make minor graphic adjustments using approved templates (e.g., cropping images, applying treatments).
• Search for and organize stock imagery and icons as directed.
• Perform content and design updates to existing web pages and digital assets.
• Apply revisions based on direction and feedback from senior team members.
• Assist in designing templates for social media and paid digital campaigns using existing brand guidelines.
• Train Clients on how to manage content within their WordPress site.
• Maintain consistency with project-specific design guidelines and branding standards.
• Accurately record time spent on tasks using ClickUp, our internal time tracking and task management tool.
• Communicate task progress clearly with the Senior Creative Lead and design team.
• Assist with basic website QA and functionality checks.
• Participate in client training sessions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of professional or internship experience in a design-related role.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Webflow and Canva.
• Comfortable working in WordPress to structure and style pages using blocks or pre-built components.
• Familiarity with collaboration and productivity tools such as Slack or ClickUp
