Digital Automation Marketing Manager
Location: Remote, with minimal monthly travel to Boston, MA
Type: Contract-to-Hire (3 months initial contract)
Compensation: $30-35 per hour (W2)
About the Role
We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Digital Automation Marketing Manager to join our team! In this role, you'll bring digital campaigns to life by managing automation tools, enhancing web pages, and driving effective email and event marketing strategies. This is a remote position with occasional travel to Boston and offers full training on marketing automation tools, making it perfect for someone who's eager to grow their skills.
What You'll Do
Receive training on automation tools (like Marketo) and use them to create engaging digital experiences.
Develop and optimize graduate program web pages for maximum user engagement and conversions.
Manage and execute marketing email and event campaigns, including A/B testing and campaign reporting.
Use tools like Trello for project management, staying organized in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment in marketing strategies.
Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with a Web Manager and external agencies on web design, branding, and functionality.
What We're Looking For
A bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or a related field.
At least 1-3 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
A strategic mindset—you think critically and don't just "plug in" campaigns.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools (experience with Marketo is a plus).
Basic knowledge of marketing performance reporting and data analysis.
Excellent relationship-building and remote collaboration skills.
Confidence in presenting ideas and strategies.
