We are seeking a proactive and organized Events Assistant to join our team in Sandy Springs, GA. In this role, you will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring smooth logistics, clear communication, and memorable guest experiences. You will work closely with our event managers and clients to bring each vision to life while maintaining high standards of professionalism and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coordinating all aspects of event planning and execution

  • Communicate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and set-up

  • Support onsite event operations including registration, setup, and breakdown

  • Track event budgets and provide administrative support

  • Help create event timelines, checklists, and reports

  • Conduct venue research and assist in booking event spaces

  • Maintain inventory of supplies and manage event materials

  • Provide customer service to attendees and stakeholders before and during events

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management tools

  • Flexible schedule with availability to work evenings or weekends as needed

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Event Management, Communications, or Hospitality is a plus
