Position Overview
Communiboost We are seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our team and play a crucial role in the planning and execution of a diverse range of events including corporate functions, conferences, and special celebrations. As an Events Assistant, you will be involved in every aspect of event management, from initial planning and logistics to on-site coordination and client interaction.
Salary Range: $21.50 - $30.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of various events
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Manage event logistics including materials, setups, and dismantling
Maintain budgets and track expenses related to events
Support marketing efforts through social media and promotional materials
Assist in the development of event timelines and schedules
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience in event planning or coordination, internships included
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software
