We're a family-owned restoration company based in Maple Grove, MN, and we’re looking for a high-energy, self-motivated, and money-hungry Exterior Sales Rep to join our storm division. This is not a 9-to-5. This is 100% commission. No ceiling. No safety net. No micromanaging. Just pure hustle, serious earning potential, and unmatched support from a company that knows how to get claims closed and roofs replaced Responsibilities: What You’ll Do: • Knock doors, generate leads, and sign property owners affected by storm damage • Inspect roofs and exteriors, take photos, and assist with claim filing • Meet with insurance adjusters and represent the homeowner • Coordinate with our production team to get work done fast and clean • Cash checks and repeat What You Get: • Uncapped commission with high-paying splits • Training from storm damage pros (we’ve seen it all — and won most of it) • Access to company CRM, marketing materials, and team support • The thrill of the kill (aka signing deals and helping homeowners recover) • Weekly team culture and events that don’t suck Qualifications: Who You Are: • Confident, persuasive, and not afraid of rejection • Comfortable working outside, knocking doors, and getting on roofs • Coachable, driven, and reliable • Experience in sales or restoration is a plus — but we’ll train the right person • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Compensation: • Commission-based only • First-year reps typically earn $100,000–$150,000+ You bring the hustle.
