Job Title: Field Event Marketing Coordinator

Position Overview:

A fast-paced marketing team supporting the Accountant Channel is seeking a Field Event Marketing Coordinator to lead the planning and execution of trade shows, regional events, and multi-channel campaigns. This role plays a critical part in growing brand visibility and driving customer engagement through well-executed field marketing efforts.

Ideal candidates will bring creativity, strong organizational skills, and experience managing a range of event types—from in-person trade shows to virtual webinars and customer promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute regional field events, trade shows, executive events, and virtual programs

  • Manage end-to-end event logistics including contracts, vendor coordination, staff training, travel, shipping, and on-site execution

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns tied to events and promotions

  • Track and report campaign and event performance metrics, including spend, ROI, and lead generation

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on messaging, goals, and follow-up strategies

  • Assist with the development of promotional content, collateral, and campaign materials

  • Serve as point of contact for internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless execution

  • Communicate regularly with leadership and marketing teams regarding event progress and outcomes

Requirements

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in field marketing, trade shows, growth marketing, or customer marketing

  • Demonstrated experience managing in-person and virtual events, including webinars and executive programs

  • Familiarity with event logistics and planning under tight timelines

  • Experience with campaign execution and performance reporting

  • Excellent organizational, project management, and communication skills

  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects with minimal oversight

  • Willingness to travel up to 10% within the U.S.
