Our mission is to make fashion accessible to all and inspire everyone to dress a little better. We believe e-commerce is in a rut, with brands lost in a decades-long void, lacking innovation, and mindlessly redesigning websites without fixing the real issue — making shopping fun and affordable.
Today, we are the UK's biggest live shopping platform focused on making shopping a joyful, social experience that brings people together and helps everyone level up their style. We're growing fast and hiring innovative problem solvers to build the future of shopping.
As a Growth Marketer at Tilt, you will take the lead on driving growth, predominantly through paid acquisition channels like Google, Instagram and TikTok.
This role demands a strong background in performance marketing, experience managing diverse businesses and budgets, and a results-driven mindset.
You’ll have the opportunity to launch, optimize, and scale campaigns, owning what we envision as a significant growth engine for the company.
Responsibilities (0-3 months):
Develop an acquisition strategy for Meta and TikTok
Analyze competitor strategies and integrate insights into campaigns
Scale ad spend from £0 to £75k/month while maintaining efficiency
Provide regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders
Responsibilities (3+ months):
Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS and scale spend beyond £75k/month
Test new channels and ad formats to diversify acquisition efforts
Collaborate with creatives to refine and iterate on high-performing ads
Deliver actionable insights and forecasts to leadership
Maintain an agile approach to competitor and market trends
Build or manage external resources to support growth
You must be an ambitious, curious, relentless, and no-ego problem-solver who is excited to build the future of shopping.
3+ years of experience in performance marketing
Experience scaling budgets from 0-$500k pm, with efficient payback periods
Ability to work cross-functionally with stakeholders in marketing, partnerships, data, product, and engineering
A good eye for creatives, with the ability to discern content that speaks to users
Strong knowledge of tools, running effective campaigns, key metrics and attribution methodologies
You have an interest in fashion or internet culture and can stay relevant
This is a full-time contractor position with the opportunity to transition into employment.
We are open to hiring remotely within 3 hours of UK time.
