HVAC Mobile Engineer Job ID 213179 Posted 31-Mar-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Mobile - Alabama - United States of America As a CBRE HVAC/R Mobile Engineer, you will maintain mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC/R systems at multiple facilities. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. In lieu of a diploma, a combination of experience and education may be considered. + **Universal EPA or CFC Certification** + **Basic knowledge and skills with Light carpentry, electrical and plumbing as this is a Hybrid role.** + Meet the physical requirements of this role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and the ability to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more. + Willingness to take a new approach to existing solutions and apply innovative thinking to your work + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
