Indotronix is seeking a Lab Technician for a Job Opportunity in Charlotte, NC
Job Title: HVAC/Mechanical Technician
Location: Charlotte, NC, 28269
Duration: 7+ Months Contract
Max Pay: $27.50/hr
Position comments:
ONSITE ROLE - 2ND SHIFT
Role Purpose :
Connect and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical and refrigeration systems on Charlotte manufactured equipment.
Operates, inspects and maintains test setups and equipment to detect malfunctions
Familiarity with electrical work, including 460-3-60 machinery and medium voltage industrial power supplies.
Familiarity with HVAC operation, refrigerant handling, and EPA certification is a plus
Experience with pumps, VFDs, boilers, is a plus
LO/TO controls troubleshooting and Arc Flash training is helpful
Works under moderate supervision to support engineering testing of chillers.
Familiarity with industrial tools
Required Skill Set :
High School Diploma or GED
Strong mechanical, electrical, troubleshooting background, and be mechanically inclined
3+ years of experience with hand/pneumatic tools
Mechanical skills
Moving/lifting weights up to 35 lbs
Education Qualification :
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
