The IT Project Manager will support the implementation of a statewide voter registration system, encompassing various components such as Voter Registration, Election Management, and Electronic Poll Book. This role involves documenting requirements, creating project schedules, managing vendors, and tracking software development.

Responsibilities:
- Documenting requirements and submitting them to the vendor within one week of meeting with subject matter experts.
- Creating and maintaining project schedules and timelines, submitting adjustments to stakeholders within two days of identification.
- Creating and following communication plans.
- Inputting and tracking DevOPS tickets.
- Managing and coordinating with vendors.
- Preparing and executing mock elections.
- Tracking software development (sprint release management).
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in IT Project Management.
- At least one year of experience documenting requirements and creating project schedules and timelines.
- Minimum one year of experience creating and following communication plans.
- Experience working with multiple vendors to implement software.
- Experience collaborating with other Project Managers to ensure project milestones are met.
- At least six months of election experience.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Minimum one year of experience using Microsoft Office.
- Ability to communicate and work with other Project Managers.
Special Considerations:
- Must work onsite at the Las Vegas office.
Scheduling:
- Project duration is estimated from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2026, with a one-year option to renew.
