About the Role
Our team is dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for both guests and colleagues. As a Relief Night Audit & Property Security, you will play a key role in ensuring guest satisfaction and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This is a night shift position, working five days per week from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with responsibilities split between Relief Night Audit (three nights per week) and Relief Security (two nights per week).
### Key Responsibilities
#### Relief Night Audit Duties:
- Assist guests with reservations, check-in, and check-out processes.
- Provide guests with lodging and local area information.
- Balance deposits to sales and complete all necessary accounting forms.
- Run end-of-day reports and process audit packages.
- Operate office equipment efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional approach.
#### Relief Property Security Duties:
- Conduct scheduled security rounds to monitor noise levels and overall safety.
- Maintain contact with the front desk via two-way radio.
- Assist guests with hotel needs as required.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations and workplace incidents.
- Report any security incidents, including trespassing, suspicious activity, vandalism, or theft, to management.
### What We're Looking For
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stay alert and responsive during overnight shifts.
- Knowledge of emergency procedures and workplace safety.
- CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.
- Comfortable working independently while maintaining team collaboration.
