**Warehouse Order Selector (Swing Shift)** **Location:** Gilroy, CA **Pay Rate:** $22.66/hour **Schedule:** Sunday through Friday, 5:00 PM - 1:30 AM (Overtime as needed) **Days Off:** Saturday and one weekday off **Job Summary:** We are seeking motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our team as **Warehouse Order Selectors** for our swing shift operation in Gilroy, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting and palletizing refrigerated food products (meat, dairy, produce) for customer orders using an electric Power Jack. This is a physically active position that plays a critical part in our supply chain. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate electric Power Jack/Forklift to retrieve items from multi-level rack storage + Select, palletize, and wrap customer orders according to Vox audio or order sheets + Transport completed pallets to shipping dock staging areas + Inspect products for damage, verify accuracy of counts, and label for shipment + Rotate date-sensitive stock and perform general housekeeping duties + Load trailers and inspect pallets for damage + Maintain and operate equipment safely (battery charging, inspections) + Follow all safety procedures, including wearing required PPE **Requirements:** + Ability to read, write, and communicate in English + Must be able to perform job functions safely and follow detailed instructions + Willingness to work assigned schedule and overtime as needed + Physical ability to lift, stack, and move products throughout the shift + Completion of company orientation and training + Must wear steel-toe safety shoes and other required PPE **Preferred Qualifications:** + Previous warehouse, order selection, or electric pallet jack/forklift experience + Familiarity with RF scanners and Vox audio systems **Tools & Equipment Used:** + Electric Pallet Jack / Forklift / Platform Lift + RF Scanners / Vox Audio System + Utility Knife, Mop/Broom, Battery Charging Equipment + PPE: Freezer Suit, Gloves, Hat, Hearing Protection (optional), Safety Shoes **Apply Today!** Join a company that values hard work, safety, and team collaboration.
