DESCRIPTION

We're looking for a strategic leader to drive organizational excellence and innovation across our WWE&I Org, specifically in Launch Program Management (LPM) initiatives. In this role, you will bolster reporting around new launch risks including weekly project updates, drive parity in documentation processes across all business units within WWE&I org, and take on additional special projects, including compiling documents for deep-dive request and producing executive level reporting. Your impact will span multiple business areas, influencing how we operate and grow.

The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, experience in project management, and a proven track record of using data to drive decision-making and process improvements. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for this role.

Key job responsibilities
An effective Launch Program Manager (LPM) is committed to supporting core organizational pillars by focusing their efforts in five strategic areas: (1) Business Enablement, (2) Launch Delivery, (3) Standardization & Compliance, (4) Process Benchmarking, Parity & Improvement, and (5) Strategic Growth. By concentrating on these areas, the LPM will drive organizational excellence contributing to ongoing success through:

• Gatekeeping all internal and external requests that support team prioritization
• Prioritization of launch initiatives across all BUs
• Leading, managing, and coordinating meetings while ensuring the team tracks deliverables
• Providing insights and identifying risks to facilitate business decision-making
• Writing and developing documents and presentations, and owning frequent meetings with leadership
• Coordinating efforts to develop optimal solutions
• Prioritizing and managing multiple projects and tasks while effectively influencing, negotiating, and communicating with business partners and stakeholders

A day in the life
As a PMO Specialist, your day revolves around coordinating projects and driving data-driven decisions. You lead weekly reviews with diverse stakeholders, analyze project data, and track customer success metrics. You collaborate with Planning Managers, Engineering teams, and operations to understand requirements and solve problems. Your role involves revamping control plans, mitigating risks, and improving processes. You spend time writing documentation, updating project management tools, and facilitating communication between teams. Your day is a dynamic mix of strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management, all aimed at optimizing planning processes to support operations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- 2+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
