We are currently seeking a motivated Promotional Customer Service Representative to support the daily operations of our customer service and sales teams. This is an entry-level opportunity with immediate hiring for individuals eager to build a career in customer support and sales management.

Key Responsibilities
Support customer service and sales teams in reaching performance goals
Help develop and maintain procedures to improve the customer experience
Assist with training new and less experienced team members
Monitor and evaluate team performance for quality and timeliness
Investigate and resolve escalated customer inquiries
Reinforce company standards and ensure focus on customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Required: Associate’s Degree
Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree
