Are you someone who loves to learn, creating H&S manuals, complex spreadsheets, and making everything look perfectly? We're looking for a Administrator who can take safety + risk information into meaningful stories and keep our safety universe in perfect harmony!
What You'll Master ✨
Think of yourself as the guardian of administrative accuracy, wielding powerpoint presentations, excel sheets like a superhero's shield! You'll be:
- Orchestrating the intricate dance of maintaining all health and safety databases accurately and provide timely reports
- Playing "spot the right product" with ordering first aid and safety related supplies (but way more exciting!)
- Building relationships with our fantastic internal teams and client partners.
- Creating beautiful order out of complex phone calls, researching claims and incidents, assisting in follow up with clients on audits and investigations but lets not forget those annual OSHA logs
Your Daily Adventures Will Include:
Administraitve Magic ✨
- Becoming the master of developing manuals for clients, providing spreadsheets as requested, and make our training materials look amazing!
- Playing detective with invoices and reports
- Building tracking systems that would make NASA proud
- Becoming everyone's favorite person during OSHA reporting season

- Tracking safety program success
The Secret Ingredients to Your Success ✨
- A associates degree in Health and Safety (your foundational superpower) OR
- 2+ years of administrative experience (your origin story)
- Excel skills that would make a spreadsheet guru jealous
- A mind that loves solving puzzles and finding solutions
- The ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping your cool
Bonus Points If You Have ✨
- Experience in the safety field
- Experience in the PEO industry (but we'll teach the right person!)
- A black belt in workers' comp and risk management
