About the Role:
This Senior Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) will develop and execute a best-in-class digital patient marketing program in support of the growth of our TheraSphere business. This will include close collaboration with product marketing, activation and strategy partners, deploying a comprehensive digital strategy to educate and engage patients and caregivers, moving them through the funnel from awareness to action. This DMM must be comfortable working in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment, wearing many hats as the team as the team looks to conduct research, deploy pilot programs, measure results, refine and optimize tactics. This DMM is not hung up on swim lanes, and will dive-in and take accountability to help the team where needed to ensure critical initiatives move forward. Responsibilities include development and execution of a comprehensive digital strategy, including web strategies, digital media plans, automation, data and list management and KPI development and reporting. This DMM must be prepared to innovate, demonstrating agility and resilience as we engage patients at scale.
Qualified candidates have proven expertise in web and .com platforms, paid media campaigns, email nurture programs, customer relationship management (CRM) marketing (Salesforce and Marketing Cloud a plus), SEO/SEM campaigns, and social media marketing (both organic and paid) that drive business results among healthcare providers (HCPs), consumers, and patients (DTP). This role works closely with other Digital Marketing Managers and Producers, Product Management, and Marketing Activation, contributing to overall strategy with a strong focus on execution and activation.
Work Mode: At Boston Scientific, we value collaboration and synergy. This role follows a hybrid work model requiring employees to be in our local office at least three days per week at our Maple Grove facility.
