We are looking for a highly-innovative Social Media Manager to set the bar high for our data-driven marketing strategies. The Social Media Manager works to continuously improve the competitive position of the firm by developing and providing oversight of the data driven marketing strategies, primarily through social media and brand marketing. This is an ideal position for a data-driven, self-starter with specific expertise in marketing or business related roles, who would like to join our growing and high performing team. As part of our Marketing Team, you will support our firm wide success by increasing case acquisition and driving ROI through marketing efforts. This role requires exceptional organization and prioritization skills and a creative mindset to take the firm to new heights with respect to digital marketing . A successful candidate for this role will be a social adept and marketing professional who is dedicated to providing flawless execution of our marketing vision and strategies.
Continuously maximize the performance of all firm social media and support digital marketing initiatives. Assist in design, implementation, and oversee short- and long-term content and advertising strategies, monitor emerging trends, and drive brand awareness and engagement across all relevant platforms. Collaborate with internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure all social media efforts are cohesive, on-brand, and aligned with firm objectives.
Maximize the performance and visibility of the firm across all social media and digital channels.
Design and execute comprehensive social media content calendars and campaigns across all major platforms.
Develop, implement, and measure both short-term and long-term digital marketing plans to increase engagement and acquire new followers.
Use analytics and research to develop strategies that align with firm goals and emerging trends.
Create compelling, on-brand content and visuals to increase brand awareness, drive customer affinity, and optimize ROI.
Report on performance and suggest optimizations to the Marketing Director and other stakeholders.
Conduct competitor analysis and monitor social and digital trends to optimize strategies.
Monitor and analyze marketing efforts of local and national competitors.
Research relevant trends—both within and outside the legal industry—to enhance our firm’s marketing approach.
Regularly review and analyze social insights and KPIs, optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
Identify new channels and tactics to extend the firm’s digital presence.
Accountable to facilitate, manage, and optimize all in-house and third-party social media and digital marketing efforts.
Social Media Management
Create, execute, and maintain a yearly social media content calendar.
Write engaging copy and design graphics for posts, advertisements, and promotions.
Manage and monitor all social media pages, ensuring branding, information, and assets are up-to-date.
Respond to messages, comments, reviews, and leads in a timely and professional manner; direct leads to the intake department as needed.
Oversee social media giveaways, online event promotion, and strategic advertising campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report on social media KPIs, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay current with new and emerging social media platforms, features, and best practices.
Digital and Offline Advertising (in collaboration with Marketing Director)
Assist in the development and execution of advertising creative and copy across digital and traditional platforms.
Newsletter curation, creation, and delivery to clients.
Support internal and external video shoots and content development as needed.
Monitor and report on ad performance, case signups, and ROI; make budget and optimization recommendations.
Branding and Content Production
Ensure consistent and correct use of all firm logos, colors, and branding elements across all digital platforms.
Maintain a branding guide (fonts, colors, logos, etc.).
Contribute to graphic, photo, and video editing as needed to support social media and digital marketing efforts.
Coordinate with service providers and internal teams to develop campaign assets.
Communication and Reporting
Regularly update media contact lists and support the creation and distribution of news releases, media advisories, mass emails, and announcements.
Report weekly to the Marketing Director and team on campaign performance and suggested optimizations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with all major social media platforms
Familiarity with traditional advertising, digital marketing, and content creation best practices
Experience with design, scheduling, and social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.)
Creative mindset with a passion for testing new ideas
Strong written, visual, and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to develop and execute successful social media strategies
Excellent multitasking and project management abilities
Experience in digital marketing analytics, social listening, and reporting
Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners/vendors
Willingness to perform any/all tasks as assigned by supervisor and/or firm leadership in support of the firm’s growth and success
Preferred Education and Experience:
Previous experience managing a brand’s social media presence in a corporate or agency environment
3 years marketing experience, including social media advertising and strategy
Bachelor’s or advanced degree in marketing, business, or related field or related experience
Proficient in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, YouTube Ads, and TikTok for Business
Graphic and/or video editing skills
Experience in legal, professional services, or highly regulated industries
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
