Ageless Men’s Health is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our corporate team in North Scottsdale as we continue to expand across the nation.
What You'll Be Doing: - Journal Entry Preparation – Accurately record and manage financial transactions.
- Account Reconciliations – Ensure the integrity of financial data through comprehensive reconciliations.
- Month-End Close – Assist with timely month-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Audit Assistance – Collaborate with external auditors to provide necessary financial documentation.
- Financial Reporting – Support the preparation of financial reports for management review.
- Accounts Payable – Process and track company payments, ensuring timely and accurate disbursements.
- Additional Responsibilities – Take on various accounting and finance tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For: - Education – A bachelor’s degree in accounting or a closely related field (Finance, Business, Financial Planning, etc. with accounting classes taken).
- Experience – Previous accounting internships or relevant part-time/full-time work experience preferred.
- Skills – Strong attention to detail, organizational ability, and flexibility in handling various tasks independently and as part of a small team.
- Communication – Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Technical Proficiency – Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) required.
