  • Client is looking for a passionate and collaborative Senior UX Designer to help create the next generation of client design.
  • Client is seeking a highly skilled designer with a proven track record in crafting exceptional user experiences within e-commerce platforms and financial product environments.
  • This is a highly collaborative role so we are looking for candidates that not only know how to deliver excellent user centered design solutions but also bring others along on that journey with them.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in visual design, storytelling, and a deep understanding of user behavior and interaction design principles.
Candidate will do:
  • Practice and promote user-centric thinking on your design work.
  • Lead and drive design from problem definition to final execution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, software engineers, researchers, and content designers.
  • Understand business goals and challenge its requirements
  • Use data (quantitative and qualitative) to develop your design and support your design decision.
  • Create ideation, user scenarios, journey map, wireframes, Lo-Fi / Hi-Fi designs and prototypes throughout the full cycle of the product development process.
  • Closely work with the design system team to align with the latest design guideline and contribute to its evolution to the next level.
  • Closely collaborate with our UXR team to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve the user experience and usability of our products.

  • Understand information hierarchy and know how to organize information with the clear intention based on a user-centric point of view.
  • Efficient with design systems, information architecture, design patterns and interaction design.
Key Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (5 plus years) working as a UX Designer, preferably in the e-commerce and financial services industry, web and mobile apps.
  • Experience driving design and user-experience for end-to-end projects.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects with a focus on e-commerce platforms and financial products.
  • Strong understanding of the user-centered design process. Experience working in an agile based environment is a plus.
  • As an individual contributor, hands-on experience of concepting and visualizing experiences through storyboarding, scenarios, task flows, and prototypes at all levels of fidelity.
  • Flexible and comfortable with ambiguity and change during a project.
  • Fluency in the latest product design trend, tools and technology cross platform.
  • Highly proficient in design and wireframing software such as Figma and/or Sketch.
Pay Range: $60 - $70

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
