Job Description

Salary: $15,000 - 48,000 per year Requirements:

• I am seeking candidates who are fluent in both French and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Previous experience in the parts or service department of a dealership is preferred.
• I would like candidates to have 1-2 years of experience in the automotive industry, ideally within a dealership environment or with PBS.
• A High School Diploma is necessary.
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly the Microsoft Office Suite, is essential.
• I value strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective time management and organizational skills are required.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments efficiently is crucial.
• Strong documentation skills and excellent communication are expected.
• Must be willing to travel within Canada and the USA for up to 2 weeks each month; therefore, proof of a valid passport and/or US visa (if applicable) and a valid full class driver's license are required.

Responsibilities:

• I will train you to understand our PBS software and the processes for instructing customers on its use.
• You will gain knowledge of data entry and related key tasks.
• You will become an install resource with independence.
• I expect you to prioritize tasks effectively without direction from Team Leads.
• Taking the initiative to learn new products to enhance your knowledge is important.
• You will provide outstanding support to our customers regarding our software.
• You should be adept at navigating our DMS Software to assist customers better.
• Your role will include working directly with customers and conducting training sessions in your assigned area, with opportunities to cover additional areas if possible.
• It is vital to maintain positive relationships with customers by identifying their needs and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
• Responding promptly to both internal and external training requests is essential.
• You will document and investigate issues that arise, escalating them to the relevant teams.
• I encourage creating and nurturing a positive work atmosphere.
• Sharing knowledge within your own area and across other areas within DTO is beneficial.
• You will be required to maintain and update documentation as processes evolve within the department.
• A commitment to ongoing education and cross-training is essential.
• Monitoring the DTO queue is required.
• Demonstrating customer focus and excellent customer service skills is a must.
• I appreciate a willingness to go the “Extra Mile.”
• You may also be tasked with other duties as assigned.

This position is a remote opportunity based in the Ottawa region, with approximately 50% of your time spent working from home and the other 50% traveling to customer sites across North America.
