Full Description
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee production, including paint and finishing operations.
Ensure safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets (SQDC) are met.
Manage, coach, and develop production staff.
Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
Oversee equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
Bilingual: English and Spanish (mandatory).
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
4-6 years of production/operations experience.
2+ years supervisory experience.
Background in assembly, quality, and safety.
Lean Six Sigma and change management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite.
